How can I close my Money View Advantage Account?
To close your Money View Advantage account. The users first pay off all account dues as shown on the app.
Once it clears the dues are as shown zero on the app, the closer process starts mentioned below:
- Once the user clears pending due and the account balance shows Zero, and if the user contacts us from the 1st to the 10th, the account will close 10th of the same month.
- If the user contacts post 10th they will close next month 10th.
Based on the above information, the Agent has to give TAT and resolve the ticket.
